Barcelona achieved a dominant victory, clinching the Spanish Super Cup title with a 5-2 win over their fierce rivals Real Madrid in a thrilling match held on Sunday evening at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah.

The match started with an early lead for Real Madrid in the 5th minute, when Mbappé put his team ahead. However, Barcelona quickly responded, with Yamal scoring the equalizer in the 22nd minute. Robert Lewandowski then gave the Catalan side the lead with a penalty in the 36th minute.

In the 39th minute, Barcelona extended their advantage with a third goal by Raphinha, and in the 45+9th minute, Alejandro Balde added a fourth goal after a brilliant counter-attack, taking a commanding lead into halftime.

At the start of the second half, Raphinha scored Barcelona's fifth goal in the 49th minute, putting Real Madrid in a difficult position. Despite their efforts to mount a comeback, Real Madrid managed to pull one back through Rodrigo in the 60th minute. However, Barcelona maintained their dominance and controlled the game until the final whistle.
